Terms of use

Your account and content

• You're responsible for your account and for what you enter. Only record information you're permitted to use for planning work.
• You own your content. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the app to you.
• You can delete your account and content at any time from inside the app.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no attempts to access other accounts' data, disrupt the service, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Plans and billing

Some features may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions bought through the App Store are billed and managed by Apple and can be cancelled in your Apple account settings.

Planning estimates

Projected dates and availability are estimates calculated from the information you enter. They aren't guarantees; use your own judgment for commitments.

Service and liability

The service is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and your data safe (see the Security & IT overview), but to the extent the law allows we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before a claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.
